Rental Policy
Summer cabin rental periods begin weekly on Saturdays with a five night minimum stay. Weekly cabin rental is preferred. Nightly rentals will be based on last minute availability.
The summer rental season begins June 22, 2024 and extends through Labor Day week.
Check in is from 3 - 5 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 5 pm since we want to be able to greet you and make sure you get settled in.
Check out is at 9:30 am to allow us time to clean and sanitize the cabins and prepare the grounds for the next guests.
A $300 deposit is required with each reservation.
Cancellation policy: Deposits will be refunded in full only if we are able to secure a booking to replace cancelled reservation. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.
Boat rentals: Three 14 ft. Vee-hull Aluminum fishing boats with 6 HP motors are available for weekly rental (or daily rental for the duration of your stay, if less than a week). Rates: $200/week or $35/day.
We accept checks or credit cards. Required state and local lodging taxes (11%) will be added to the rental balance at check out.
